Want to upgrade your Scout 80/800 to power steering? D and C Extreme has the solution for you… our Scout II Steering Box Mount for the 80/800. Our Scout II steering box mount allows you to put a Scout II power steering box on your Scout 80 or 800. The D and C Extreme Scout II Steering Box Mount is made from custom broke 1/4″ plate  and fits over the existing frame. Once the mount is installed on the frame the installation of the Scout II steering box is a bolt on. Installation of the mount is as simple as drilling 3 holes in the frame, sliding the bracket over the frame, and welding it in place.

A Word about Welding: This product requires installation by an experienced welder, using high-quality welding equipment and supplies. If you are not a qualified welder you should hire a professional/certified welder from your area. Welding this product should only be done with a minimum 220v/175a MIG Welder and .035 wire.
