arm rests for front doors of D-Series Truck and Travelall. These are ABS plastic in the same shape as the originals so they will be hard plastic not the vinyl covered foam that gets tore up. The distance between the mounting holes is 6-1/4 inches.

They will have a slight geometric pattern on the surface, if you want you could sand them to make them smooth (the color goes all the way through-it's not just on the surface). Reuse your original mounting screws.
