Nice to see hard-to-find parts like these back in production. This is a must for keeping the cold draft from entering the cab during the Winter months & helps keep the dust out of your nose while traveling back roads. Boot material is formed around the metal ring/flange. Disconnect the rod from the upper yoke, slip the boot over the rod & fasten to the floor with new self-tapping (if the holes aren't already present) sheet metal screws.
